Hump-frey the Camel – The Kingfisher – Poynton Includes welcome drink

Watch Desert Chill come alive at this sip and paint party through simple strokes, bright colors, and relaxed concentration. This playful camel, wearing sunny shades, captured the fun of creating without pressure while enjoying the moment and letting creativity flow freely.

Our Paint and Sip evening at The Kingfisher  in Poynton offers you the opportunity to engage in a fun and creative experience.

Situated on the corner of London Road South and Queensway, this was built in c1964. The pub originally included a restaurant and was later extended. In 2007, it was renamed King’s bar and lounge, but it now has its original name. The Kingfisher was part of the Queensway estate which was built on farmland during 1956–59. The road names on the Queensway estate all have royal connections.

We will start at 7:30pm but why not make an evening of it and arrive early and grab something to eat. Please let the venue know you’ll be joining us. 

Please make sure your at the venue no later than 7:15pm to be seated ready to start by 7:30pm

During your evening at Cocktails n Canvas, here’s what you can expect:

🎨 Your art station will be fully equipped with everything you need, including a canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and an apron.

👩‍🎨 Our talented artist will guide you through the painting process step by step. They’ll provide easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring that even if you’re a beginner, you can create a beautiful piece of art.

🎨We encourage you to personalise your painting and make it your own. Feel free to add your unique style and flair to make your artwork truly reflective of your creativity.

🍸 While you create your masterpiece, you’ll have the option to enjoy a fabulous selection of drinks available for purchase from the venue. Sip on your favourite beverages and let your creativity flow.

🤣 You’re in for a fabulously fun and creative evening. Laugh, relax, and enjoy the process as you connect with your inner artist and create a one-of-a-kind artwork.

🖼 At the end of the evening, you’ll take home your completed masterpiece, something to be proud of. Hang it on your wall as a reminder of the fun and creativity you experienced during the event.
