Welcome to Cocktails n Canvas!

Before you dive into the world of creativity and cocktails, there are a few terms and conditions we need you to be aware of. By attending our events, purchasing tickets, or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accessibility

  • Venue Accessibility: At Cocktails n Canvas, we strive to ensure our events are accessible to everyone. However, as our events take place in various venues, the level of disability access may vary. We recommend contacting the specific venue for detailed information on accessibility features.

  • Special Accommodations: Should you require special accommodations to participate in any event, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to make suitable arrangements.

2. Dress Code

Given the nature of our events, where paint and other art materials are used, though we provide aprons we advise wearing clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting a bit messy. Cocktails n Canvas is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items during our events.

3. Photo and Video Consent

  • Use of Images: By participating in a Cocktails n Canvas event, you understand that photos and videos may be taken. You grant Cocktails n Canvas full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes.

  • Opting Out: If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform an event organizer before the event begins.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

1.Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 2 weeks before the event date: Full refund.

  • During the week of your event: Ticket can be deferred once to another event of your choice.

  • On the day of your event: No refund or deferment available.

2. Event Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected participants will be notified promptly and offered refund or rescheduling options.

5. Private Parties

Payment Terms:

  • Upon booking: 50% deposit required to reserve the date.

  • The week of your event: Remaining balance due.

6. Liability

Cocktails n Canvas will not be responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time, and by participating in our events, you agree to the then-current terms as posted on our website.
